- 12:00-5:00 PM: Operations (OPS) in the Rialto Hilton designated parking lot. Go to Registration before unloading, “Cold Start” Required
- 5:00 PM: Registration and Operations close
- 6:00 PM: Lobby/Bar area to meet and socialize with other NCRS members, (Cash Bar)
- 6:30 pm: Dinner is available at the restaurant, at your expense.
November 4th
- 7:00 AM Trailer parking opens, cars begin Staging in the Maintenance Building
- 7:00 AM Coffee and donuts: free for all participants
- 7:00 AM Registration opens
- 8:00 AM Cars staging in the Maintenance Building completed
- 8:00 AM Judges/OJ meeting on the Judging Field
- 8:15 AM Owners meeting on the Judging Field
- 8:30 AM Judging begins
- 12:00 PM Pizza Lunch: free for all participants
- 1:00 PM Judging resumes.
- Awards will be presented after the Judging has been completed. Cars will be dismissed after the Awards Presentation
